About Us
REACH — Restek Events and Celebration Helpers — is a passionate group of Restek employee-owners who volunteer our time and energy to bring the company together. We believe that work is more than just what happens in our labs or offices; it’s about connection, celebration, and creating memories that last.
Our mission: to organize social activities and events that enrich our Restek community, strengthen bonds among colleagues, and give everyone a chance to relax, celebrate, and enjoy being part of something bigger.
What We Do
· Plan fun, inclusive events for all Restek employee-owners & families. Currently there are seven such events throughout the year.
· Sponsor drawings for tickets to local sporting events such as Penn State football, Penn State hockey, Penn State men’s & women’s basketball, and Spikes baseball.
· Provide the opportunity to rent the Millhouse for work events during the week and/or personal/family events on the weekends.
· Provide the opportunity to access and utilize our wellness center, Founder’s Point.
· Handle everything from idea generation and logistics, to setup, execution, and cleanup — all done by volunteers.
· Strive to make every occasion memorable, welcoming and meaningful.
